Irrigation systems · Monmouth County

Water on schedule.
Green on autopilot.

Monmouth's dry stretches don't negotiate. A zoned system with a weather-smart controller waters perfectly at dawn — whether you're home, away, or asleep.

Hose life vs. system life.

The hose-and-timer summer

  • Dragging sprinklers around before work, again
  • Midday watering that mostly evaporates
  • One skipped weekend shows up as brown by Monday
  • New sod gambled against your calendar

A zoned system

  • Every zone watered evenly at dawn, automatically
  • Wi-Fi controller adjusts for rain, heat, and season
  • Rain sensor shuts it down when the sky does the job
  • Vacations stop being a lawn hazard

How we build one.

01

Design around your property

Zones drawn to sun, shade, slope, and soil — beds on drip, turf on matched rotors, nothing generic.

02

Install without the scars

Vibratory plow, clean lines, code-compliant backflow protection — most homes done in a day or two.

03

Dial it in before we leave

Controller programmed to your lawn, heads tuned head by head, and a walkthrough so you own it confidently.

Straight answers.

What does a system cost?
Most Monmouth County homes land between $2,850 and $3,950 fully installed — heads, valves, smart controller, rain sensor, backflow preventer, and labor. Compact yards can start near $1,800; large estates price by zone count. Always a written, all-inclusive quote.
Sod first or sprinklers first?
Together is best — one project, water from day one, and new sod roots in roughly ten days instead of twenty-one. If it has to be one at a time, water comes first: irrigation improves even the lawn you already have.
Will you trench up my yard?
No. A vibratory plow slips the lines in through a clean two-inch cut that disappears within days — no open trenches, no months of scars.
What about repairs and winterizing?
We service what we sell and what we didn’t: repairs run a $125 flat-rate service call with most fixes done on the spot, and seasonal startups and blowouts are scheduled every spring and fall.
