Pricing displayed on our pricing calculator is for estimation purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

Service Agreements

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensuring access to work areas
  • Marking underground utilities and irrigation lines
  • Removing obstacles from work areas
  • Following aftercare instructions for new sod
  • Maintaining proper watering schedules

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monmouth County Sod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Property Damage

We carry appropriate insurance and take reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Damage to unmarked underground utilities or irrigation lines
  • Pre-existing property conditions
  • Damage caused by acts of nature after installation
  • Failure of sod due to improper aftercare
