Quotes and pricing

Written quotes are honored for 30 days. Our standard sod installation rate is $2.85 per square foot with a $2,000 project minimum; final pricing reflects the written quote for your property.

Deposits and scheduling

A $250 deposit reserves an installation date and is applied to your balance. Weather-related rescheduling protects the quality of your installation and your guarantee.

Establishment guarantee

Sod installations include a 60-day establishment guarantee: if a section fails to root while the provided watering plan has been followed, we replace that section at no charge. The guarantee does not cover damage from lack of watering, pets, chemicals, third-party work, or extreme weather events.

Payment

Balances are due upon completion unless a financing arrangement is in place. Financing is provided by third-party partners under their own terms.
