What does the price include?
Everything: tear-out and haul-away, composted topsoil built into the base, lime, starter fertilizer and pre-emergent, fresh-cut tall fescue laid tight and pressed with a 300 lb roller, and 30 days of aftercare. We come back about 21 to 30 days after install for the first cut and the second fertilizer. $2.85 per square foot, $2,000 project minimum.
How long does it take?
One day for nearly every residential lawn — tear-out in the morning, finished and watered by evening. Large estate properties occasionally take two.
What makes your sod different?
It grows for nine full months to the Sod Squad Standard before harvest — mature roots, dense blades, no plastic netting — and it's cut the morning of your install, so it goes down fresh instead of stressed.
